General Info

  • The organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices and introduce new categories for sale.
  • The organizer reserves the right to make changes in audience placement and other festival practices.
  • The organizer reserves the right to make changes in the festival program and its content.
  • The organizer reserves the right to change the date and time of the event. If the festival is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled dates, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Advantage tickets have limited availability. Prices may change once advantageous tickets are sold out.
  • Festival tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be replaced.
  • The sound levels in the festival area may temporarily affect hearing.
  • The light patterns in the festival area may cause temporary eye discomfort.
  • Festival tickets should only be purchased from official sales points designated by the event organizers.
  • Individuals who behave inappropriately within the festival area will be removed, and tickets will not be refunded.
  • Video, photography, audio, and/or all kinds of audio-visual recordings will be taken during the festival. By participating in the event, festival attendees accept that their photographs, videos, audio, and/or any audio-visual materials collected within the festival area may be used. Participation 101 

  • The gates for the Bozcaada Jazz Festival 2023 will open at 18:00.
  • The festival will not have a numbered seating arrangement.
  • The festival has an age limit of 18. Audiences under the age of 6 can enter the festival free of charge when accompanied by their parents. Participants between the ages of 7-18 can enter the festival with their tickets, accompanied by their parents.
  • Wristbands worn upon entering the festival area must be kept on throughout the duration of the festival. Participants with combined tickets must not remove their wristbands in order to access the festival on other days. Participants without wristbands will not be granted entry to the festival area.
  • All participants must have their IDs with them and be prepared to present them when requested.
  • There is no storage facility provided by the festival area. Please note that you are responsible for your personal belongings during the festival.
  • It is prohibited to enter the festival area with professional audio and video equipment (video cameras, cameras, GoPros, etc.).
  • Vehicles are not permitted to enter the festival area.
  • There is no designated parking lot for the festival.
  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed as food and beverages will be available for purchase within the festival area.
  • Pets are allowed in the festival area.
  • It is forbidden to enter the festival area with flammable, explosive (such as deodorant, spray, perfume), inflammable, cutting and piercing tools, and laser pointers.
  • Camping chairs and umbrellas are not allowed in the festival area.
  • The festival will proceed in all weather conditions. It is recommended to come prepared for any weather. Tickets will not be refunded.

 

BCF Keşif 

  • Combined or daily festival tickets do not grant entry to BCF Keşif events. A separate ticket must be purchased to participate in the activities in the BCF Keşif program.
  • Participants in the BCF Keşif events must be present in the area at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
  • BCF Keşif events will be organized based on an unnumbered seating arrangement.
  • BCF Keşif program tickets do not provide entrance to Bozcaada Jazz Festival concerts. Separate tickets must be purchased to attend the festival.
