Panel: Looking Beyond Numbers for Gender Equality

This panel will bring together artists and civil society leaders to discuss gender balance beyond head counts and binary normativity. Doç Dr. Itır Erhart from Istanbul Bilgi University will be moderating the discussions whereas the founder of Y+O Training Ebru Nihan Celkan, Head of Arts of British Council Turkey Esra A. Aysun, and Tunesisters Entertainment and Oyoun founding partner Louna Sbou will be the guest speakers. The current state of the arts and culture scene from a gender-based perspective and the challenges non-conformist art and artists face along with experience-based examples will be laid down on the table. ?

The panel will be held in English, and at the end of the panel, the podium will be given to the audience for them to ask their questions.
