We will start the first day of Katalist’s “Run & Play” event with a 5-kilometer run and end the day with games in the cold waters of Bozcaada. Throughout this process, along with Katalist’s founders Emre Gür and Jülide Erdoğan, trainers Orkun Uluakar and Erçin Çaçan, we will discuss how games, since ancient Greece, have been a catalyst for our well-being and happiness.
