In the “For the Journey X apéro: From Field to Glass Bozcaada” workshop organized by For The Journey, we will turn Bozcaada’s essence into cocktails! Together with the spice enthusiast Burak Ayaz after a discovery walk (foraging) among the untouched natural beauty of the island in the morning to learn about the anatomy of cocktails, the vegetation of Bozcaada, and its gastronomic values, we will prepare delicious cocktails using plants, some familiar and some new, in the early afternoon.
